Terms of Service & EULA

General

Welcome to the Scripting App! Before using this application, please read this agreement carefully. This agreement applies to all users of the application, including free users and Scripting Pro users.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

  • License Scope: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and code of this application belong to the developer and are protected by law.

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute this application.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your use of this application if you violate the terms.

Terms of Service

  • Service Description: This application provides a script development environment and advanced features (e.g., custom themes, code templates). Subscription Plans:

  • One-time purchase: Unlock all features with lifetime validity.

    • Monthly and annual subscriptions: Automatically renew services.

    • Purchase and Confirmation: You can confirm the purchase of the Scripting Pro subscription via your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Canceling Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscriptions anytime through your iTunes account settings. To avoid auto-renewal, the subscription must be canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. If not canceled within this time frame, the subscription will auto-renew.

  • Renewals and Charges: Within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew, and the associated fee will be charged to your iTunes account. The renewal fee will match the initial subscription price unless you have changed the subscription plan.

  • Free Trial Notice: After the free trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew into a paid plan, and the corresponding fee will be charged to your iTunes account. If you do not cancel during the trial period, it will be deemed that you accept the subscription terms.

  • Third-Party Model Integration: Scripting App acts as a bridge to external AI models, relying entirely on the user-provided API Key to interact with these services (e.g., OpenAI GPT). All AI-related interactions comply with the third-party model provider’s terms of use.

Limitation of Liability

This application is provided "as is," and the developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this application.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

  • Dispute Resolution: Both parties should resolve disputes amicably, and unresolved issues shall be handled in accordance with the law.
